SJB series acid-resistant wear-resistant pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump (Patent no. 201020113971.4) which is introduced, digested and absorbed by Germany’s advanced pump technology, combined with the actual needs of domestic production, and conforms to GB/T5656 standard.

The flow components of pump, impeller, pump cover are high mechanical strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good non-metallic materials which  compression moulding by once after high temperature and high pressure.The fixed shell is made of high-quality A3 steel which is resists high pressure and impact. The pump uses a built-in mechanical seal. The friction pair of the mechanical seal adopts SSIC with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In combination with high quality "O" type seal rings, the sealing system has unique technology and long service life.The impeller is single-suction, radial, semi-open type (closed type imported DN150 and above models), dynamic balance in accordance with ISO G6.3. The whole bearing frame and three deep groove ball roller bearings make the operation more stable.

1..1 Transmission medium: solid content:<=40%

Temperature:<150℃

Note: The media must not chemically react with the pump over flow material.

1.2 When the density of medium is bigger than 1.2 or the viscosity is bigger than water, it requires correspondingly higher motor.

1.3 Application:

It is widely used in chemical industry to deliver or circulate various types of acid, alkali, salt, organic chemical, corrosive slurry etc.

Pickling industry: acid circulating pump, waste acid pump, including stainless steel mixed acid pickling (hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid mixed acid, hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid mixed acid and others), pickling of carbon steel plate, acid pickling of titanium plate and other metal plates .

Acid recycling industry, the waste acid pump, acid pump, acid circulating pump.

Oxidation industry uses oxidation circulation pumps, plugging circulation pumps, colored circulation pumps and soup washing circulation pumps for aluminum oxidation.

Desulfurization industry Ammonia desulfurization, magnesium oxide desulfurization and other slurry circulation pumps used.

Other media containing corrosive and abrasive materials.
