CPN type alkali pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. It is developed by our company with advanced foreign technology (patent number: ZL99209850.5), and its performance conforms to GB/T5656 standard.

The CPN type alkali pump impeller is a rear half-open structure, which is not easy to block, has high efficiency, and generates negative pressure during operation. Equipped with double-end or single-end seals, it can transport media containing solid particles and easy to crystallize. This type of pump can withstand temperatures up to 150 ° C and requires cooling water for use.

Yamei pump industry can produce this pump according to different media. It is usually made of SUS304, SUS316L, dual-phase steel 2507, CD4MCu, etc., which can achieve the corresponding corrosion and wear resistance.

1. Application

CNP type chemical pump has a wide range of application.

1.1 Chlor-alkali, soda ash industry;

1.2 Medicine, fertilizer, pesticide, coal chemical industry;

1.3 Petrochemical, chemical fiber, paper industry, dye industry, environmental engineering and water treatment systems.

Conveying medium: the solid content is less than 35% (volume ratio), the temperature is lower than 150 °C, and the double-end machine seal must be cooled. The media must not chemically interact with the pump overflow material.

When the density of the pumped medium is greater than 1.2 or the viscosity is greater than water, it is necessary to use a motor with a correspondingly large output power.
